• Newsletter email — when you subscribe, to send you DPDPA updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Assessment responses — to compute and return your DPDPA readiness score.
• Technical data (such as IP-derived region and user agent) — to operate and secure the website.

We process this personal data on the basis of your consent and for the specified, lawful purposes above. Where you provide consent, you may withdraw it at any time — withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDPA you have the right to:

• access a summary of the personal data we process about you;
• correction, completion, updating and erasure of your personal data;
• grievance redressal; and
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
