# Data Adhikaar — Agentic DPDPA Compliance Fabric

> Data Adhikaar is an agentic DPDPA (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) compliance platform — a "DPO-in-a-Box" — built by Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for Indian organisations. Ten specialist AI agents automate consent, data principal rights, breach response, DPIAs, vendor management and audit evidence, integrated via SDK, API, 25+ connectors and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, with a human in the loop where the law requires one.
